Actor and country-pop singer and song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame on television where she joined the crew on One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. The show featured her in a number of episodes as a new country music artist. This helped her album to reach the Billboard 200 Top 20. The follow-up 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. Her decade ended with appearances on Dancing with the Stars and appearing in a variety of TV shows alongside an assortment of singles that were not album tracks. In 2021, her self-doubting album Voices came out. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002, when she was still just a teens. She was born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in country music. In the past, she appeared on several series, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the part of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' second season (2007-2008). Billboard Top Country Albums ranked the track in the Top Five. Kramer continued to appear in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would appeal to her fans. Kramer's second album, Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. I Got the Boy - a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped to make it into the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. Beginning in September of 2016 the singer was a part of two weeks on the season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, and finished with an overall fourth-place finish. That same year she made a splash with an adult contemporary hit song called Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
