They detained Taylor Wardlaw to investigate his disappearance. According to officials, Eddie Brown (30), is being held as an accessory in the death. Sims was a 26-year-old male found at home in the area of Ervin Street in Columbia Dec. 20. According to the police report, his girlfriend Wardlaw declared Sims missing on December. 22. A body was located near the creek on Monticello Road Wednesday, and the Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford confirmed the body was owned by Sims. Skip Holbrook, the chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been arrested for murder, as well having a gun in the accomplice of a violent crime.
